I'm a product manager and 0-to-1 builder. Over the last seven years I've built products across e-pharmacy, insurance, food delivery and quick commerce — in India and Europe — including a few industry firsts: India's first GLP-1 weight-loss medicine, its first OPD insurance product, and its first multi-brand cloud kitchen.

This is my corner of the internet, where I write about product, health-tech, and what I learn building things from scratch. When I'm not working, I'm usually deep in a board game or tinkering on a quirky side project.
