I'm a product manager with seven years of experience across e-pharmacy, insurance, food delivery and quick commerce, in India and Europe. I'm drawn to the messy, ambiguous early stage of a product — I've been the 0-to-1 builder behind several industry firsts, including India's first GLP-1 weight-loss medicine, its first OPD insurance product, and its first multi-brand cloud kitchen. I hold an MBA from IIM Indore, and I'm happiest owning conversion and retention funnels end to end. Outside work, I'm an avid techie and board gamer, always up for a quirky side project.

Novo Nordisk — Product Manager, GLP-1 Commercial Partnerships

Novo Nordisk is the global leader in diabetes and obesity care, behind the Ozempic and Wegovy brands in the GLP-1 weight-loss segment in India.

  • Led a pod of five to establish Novo Nordisk's first-ever partnerships product charter for access to quality weight-management care — scaled to ₹27 Cr ARR across 12+ omnichannel partners.
  • Improved discovery and lead generation across Tata 1mg, Apollo 24|7 and PharmEasy through widgets, banners and short-form education content, increasing new patient starts by 46%.
  • Grew e-pharmacy GLP-1 penetration 2x in six months with omni-channel patient education journeys covering treatment suitability, how GLP-1s work, expected outcomes, dosage and administration.
  • Built the end-to-end purchase journey connecting customers to counsellors and doctors online, lifting Wegovy sales 31%.
  • Introduced a Patient Support App for medication guidance, diet consultations, lifestyle content and affordability support — improving retention 3x (from two to six months) and moving 18% of partner-channel customers to a native D2C funnel.

Kenko Health — Growth Product Lead, Founder's Office

India's first insurance product to cover both IPD and OPD care, with a fully in-house stack across selling, underwriting and claims management.

  • Led acquisition and retention funnels across insurance, claims, diagnostics and medicines — owning discovery, conversion and engagement.
  • Launched a cashless claim and hospitalization product for out-of-network hospitals, built on the UPI stack.
  • Built a global Elasticsearch search experience indexing products across names, descriptions, aliases, prices and other attributes.
  • Shipped a one-click prescription-to-cart feature using an AI vision model fine-tuned on local prescriptions and purchase data, reaching 97% order accuracy through evaluation and guardrails.
  • Stood up the analytics and engagement stack on Mixpanel and CleverTap, driving continuous product discovery and experimentation.
  • Built an inside-sales engine integrating Zoho CRM, Ozonetel and WhatsApp workflows to recover high-intent users.

Rebel Foods (Faasos) & Curb Foods — Platform Product Manager

Pioneers in the food-delivery and quick-commerce space across India and Europe, and the exclusive food-delivery fulfilment partner of Flink.

  • Owned the kitchen operations platform for cloud kitchens across India and Europe, serving both in-house and marketplace quick-commerce and food-delivery orders.
  • Built real-time menu integration and combo ordering for food + grocery carts, alongside search, category navigation, recommendations and cart drop-off journeys.
  • Rebuilt the Kitchen Management Platform to run the full order lifecycle — inventory planning, preparation sequencing, TAT tracking, packaging and rider handover in one unified workflow.
  • Built a centralized Menu Management Platform as the CMS for listings, recipes, ingredients, pricing and promotions.
  • Added audit logs and approval workflows so both platforms cleared ITGC audits, then commercialized them as SaaS products.
  • Started as an individual contributor at Rebel Foods in India before moving to Curb Foods in Stockholm.
