Hi — I’m Apoorva, and this is my corner of the internet.

I’ve spent the last seven years building products across pharma, insurance and food-tech, often at the messy 0-to-1 stage where nothing exists yet and the problem itself is still fuzzy. That’s the space I want to write about here: how products actually get discovered and adopted, why funnels leak, what health-tech gets right and wrong, and the occasional detour into AI, board games and side projects.

I’m starting small, and I’d rather write often than write perfectly. Posts here will be a mix of long-form thinking and short notes — some plain text, others with a diagram, a demo video or a voice note thrown in.
