Hi, I'm Apoorva

I'm a product manager and 0-to-1 builder. Over the last seven years I've built products across e-pharmacy, insurance, food delivery and quick commerce in India and Europe: scaling GLP-1s in India, launching India's first OPD insurance product, and building a cloud kitchen network in the Nordics.

This is where I write about product, health-tech, and whatever I'm figuring out at the time. When I'm not working, I'm usually deep in a board game or tinkering on a quirky side project.
